We offer Physical Therapy to those who are experiencing pain, weakness, mobility deficits, and pelvic dysfunction. We separate ourselves from others by:

Offering 1 hr comprehensive evaluations looking at the entire person and how they got to where they are today.

Education - All of our therapists are Doctors of Physical Therapy with over 8 years of education in the human body and movement. Additionally, we have furthered our expertise through specialty courses.

Treatment - Using our expertise, we provide treatment for the whole person. This can include manual therapy, education, exercise, and/or modalities.

Longevity - We want all of our patients to not only get out of pain and dysfunction but also to achieve abilities they never thought possible again. Because we do not accept insurance you can complete a full plan of care without the risk of being discharged due to insurance limitations, or even worse receiving unexpected bills later for uncovered care.

Desert Rose Physical Therapy is a locally owned clinic specializing in musculoskeletal and pelvic health. The founder, Melissa Judnich, was a graduate of La Quinta High School and pursued an education in Exercise and Movement Science in Missouri. She completed her doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of Saint in San Marcos, California. After witnessing the lack of access to Pelvic healthcare in the Valley and recognizing how the current healthcare system doesn't allow patients to get the care they deserve, Melissa decided to open Desert Rose Physical Therapy. The clinic's mission is to empower individuals to live their lives without being hindered by pain or dysfunction.

1. INDIVIDUALIZED CARE
You will receive a program tailored to your unique needs, focusing on your specific situation. As you progress through your care plan, we will adjust the program to ensure it meets your current needs.
2.YOU WILL ALWAYS WORK 1:1 WITH A DOCTOR
Throughout every session, you will work exclusively with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. You won't be directed to work with an aide, perform exercises alone, or be connected to machines for an extended period.
3. We look at the whole picture
At Desert Rose Physical Therapy, we prioritize a thorough evaluation that considers the entire physical condition, rather than just focusing on specific body parts or diagnoses. Our approach is centered on hands-on evaluation and treatments.
4. WE WILL HELP FIND "WHY"
Our approach is not just about relieving your pain and restoring your ability to perform daily activities, but also about identifying the root cause of the problem to prevent its recurrence or development into a chronic condition.
5.LASTING RESULTS
Since we don't accept insurance, we have the authority to determine when to end your therapy case. You won't face any restrictions, extra charges, or insurance company interference. We'll support you until the end of your treatment and won't discharge you until you're fully prepared.
6. You can bring your littles with you
We acknowledge that leaving the house can be challenging for parents. Our aim is to assist you in making it easier to receive the care you require. You are welcome to bring your children to your appointment as we provide a safe space for them. Unless you would like an hour alone, we understand that, too.
